Delete your Lattice account

You can permanently delete your account in the Lattice app from Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my Lattice account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your profile and settings
• Your stash items, projects, patterns, tasks, and uploaded photos
• Your authentication account

Financial transaction records may be anonymized and retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting Lattice does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
